1 - Categories of personal data processed
A) Personal Data that you provide to the company
We collect Personal Data from Users who wish to know more about our activities (via the subscription form and the contact form for Schools), receive our news, prepare their upcoming interviews, or access Client job offer through the Platform.
Access to and use of the Platform involves the collection and processing of your Personal Data, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, gender, telephone number, e-mail and postal addresses, IP address, resume, photograph, answers to the online training and any other career-related information relevant for the recruiting process.
The above-mentioned information can be collected in several ways.

- Manage the processing of your applications for prospective Employers;
- Allow you to create and use your candidate space on the Platform;
- Communicate with Users and improve the quality of our services;
- Combating online fraud;
- Resolve any potential disputes or problems in connection with the use of our services.

Any use of Personal Data for purposes other than those set out above in our data protection policy will require your express prior consent.
We undertake to keep your Personal Data only for as long as strictly necessary for the processing operation(s) declared for the purposes mentioned above, meaning for the duration of the use of our Services, and in any event within the limits imposed by law.
In any event, we undertake to delete your Personal Data from our databases at the end of these various periods, subject to the retention of certain information for a period subsequent to the closure of your personal account in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
3 - How did Prepera get your email address
There are two possibilities.
1. Either You directly registered on our Platform;
2. Either a School or a Client sent you a link to register to our Platform;
4 - Communication to Third Parties
Your information and Personal Data may, if necessary, be transmitted only to appropriate third party subcontractors involved in the provision of our services (technical and hosting service providers, customer follow-up and satisfaction surveys, security incident management or fraudulent activity, etc.).
The Company undertakes to communicate your information and Personal Data only to authorized and trusted service providers, who process them on our behalf, according to our instructions and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with any other appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

6 - User's rights
You have a right of access (e.g. to check the data we keep about you), a right of rectification (to update or correct your data), a right to delete (e.g. to close your personal account) and a right to transfer (right to portability) your Personal Data, as well as a right to limit and to object to the collection and processing of all or part of them for commercial prospecting purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such prospecting; a right to lodge a complaint before the competent data protection authority.
